Description and operation

FIC Viewer

FIC Viewer connects the Viewer and target Agent for authorized remote viewing and control. Choose the package for the target system and follow the selected-language manual for setup and connection.

  • Use the Viewer and Agent to establish an authorized remote connection to the selected computer.
  • View and control the remote desktop, including supported multiple-display workflows.
  • Transfer files and use clipboard workflows; Windows may show progress for moves across volumes or network locations.
  • Use remote audio where supported and configured; actual continuity depends on the installed session and network.
  • The target connection notice and collapsed vertical bar provide visible session awareness.
  • Upgrades preserve machine lists, settings and pairing. A fresh installation starts with an empty machine list.
  • Choose Windows 64-bit or Windows XP 32-bit explicitly and consult the matching manual before installation.
